Volunteers

Volunteers are always welcome to help with knitting and sewing projects on the third Wednesday afternoon each month at St. Mary’s Church hall, 2600 Powder Point Road in Nanoose Bay.
For those who don’t knit or sew there are patterns to cut out, items to sort and pack, and there is always time to socialize and have a cup of tea.
For those who can’t get out and would like to work at home, patterns are available.

Donations of all deposit-fee items can be dropped off at the wooden shed at the back of the church property on 2600 Powder Point Road, Nanoose Bay or can be taken to a local bottle depot and the money then donated to Tumaini Fund Canada by e-transfer: tumainicanhelp@gmail.com

For further information or for patterns, please phone 250-468-7539 or email tumainicanhelp@gmail.com
